September Newsletter – 2014

Hey friends!

Finally, the weather is starting to cool off, and after a summer of over 5000 miles of travel, we are excited to be heading into the fall season. Right now, Kymberly and I are days away from the birth of our new baby. We are also very close to meeting our budget so we can move and begin our ministry at the University of Texas – Austin.

So many exciting things are already happening there!!

The Phillips family (Mission 24’s head pastor in Austin), have moved in and are establishing foundations for the church and its ministry.

Four other Austin families have committed to launching this church body. Many of these individuals have been involved in young adult and college ministries at their churches in Austin for a number of years already.

We have secured a location for meetings and services through a local church just outside of the campus.

It is encouraging and exciting to see so many things coming together so quickly!

We are anxious to join the team and as I mentioned, so close. However, we cannot move and join the team until we are fully supported financially. If you have considered supporting us, but haven’t committed to it, please pray and be obedient to God’s leading. Any amount is helpful. If possible, please take a couple of minutes to do this now. God has uniquely equipped us for this work and we are excited to bring you into it. To send us a quick message about joining our support team, go to the GIVE page!

Thank you for all of your love and prayers for us!!

Together in Christ,

Kirk Richard
